Emily and I ate at Utopia on College last night and I had a veggie burger because I've been reading all this stuff about how beef is produced and I'd really rather avoid it for the time being. Anyway, this veggie burger was *incredibly* realistic, neither emily (a certified vegetarian) nor I could tell the difference, amazing! I had to ask two different waiters before I was convinced I wasn't eating dead cow. This is scary stuff, I'll bet the beef industry sends some men in black over to the factory where they make this stuff for a little "chat". Utopia by the way is an amazing restaurant very similar in some ways to what I'd like to open someday, it's just lacking in the couch department :)
