Hey, this is my blog, I'm gonna use it to write stuff down because I can never remember anything. I feel like an idiot jumping on the bandwagon like this so I'm not going to tell anyone about it, if you found it good for you. One of the main reasons I've started this blog is because I've got that whole 'starting a restaurant' dream and I keep thinking up ideas and I need a place to put them because when I actually start a restaurant a million years from now I'll have forgotten because I can't remember shit. I'm also gonna bitch about crap and stuff other than restaurant stuff.
